I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? &lt;P&gt;If you've only done a regular reinstall, try performing a full &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall &lt;/A&gt;instead, as this is known to resolve a lot more issues. If you're using a VPN on the affected device, disable it as that can cause all kinds of communication issues with the servers, hence why the music wouldn't play.&lt;/P&gt;

However if i use my laptop the songs are able to play. When I try to play a song on my phone it says, "you have discovered a premium feature". All the play button for songs are gone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My best guess is that something broke in the server on their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changing region doesn't fix it, reinstall neither. Same goes for changing the accounts from the same region or relogging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just hope they fix it quickly without much issues. It only affects mobile users from what I've seen so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
