Canvas feature does not work

My Question or Issue

I noticed that the canvas feature does not work on my tablet, I searched online and it said maybe that's because of where I live. But it works perfectly on my phone and I asked a friend (that has the same tablet as I and we even share the duo subscription) and she said the feature works on her tablet. What can I do?

Ps: I already checked in the app settings and it is enabled.

Let's go over some troubleshooting on your tablet in case any of the steps make a difference for you:

Make sure that data saver is off.
Disable any battery-saving apps.
Test with another network connection.
If you're using a VPN, please disable it (using one can cause different performance issues).
Give Spotify a clean reinstall with the steps here (as this might be a temporary cache issue).

I'm afraid Canvas isn't available on certain devices like tablets or TVs at this time. We’re regularly looking for opportunities to enhance the user experience for everyone though, so your feedback is greatly appreciated.
