Fix the glitching

This has been going on for a couple months now and multiple updates still haven’t patched it. The song/podcast will be playing and all of a sudden it’s like you go in a tunnel while on the phone, it’s spotty and will completely cut out all together. I’ve had this happen while I had full bars and nobody around me using up bandwidth. I don’t understand how the simplest most basic attributes of an audio based streaming platform are non existent fix it please!!!

Could you let us know if you're experiencing this behavior only on your phone or on other devices as well? We'd also like to know if this happens with your downloaded content too.

You mentioned this has been happening for a couple of months, just to confirm, have you tried any troubleshooting so far? If yes, let us know so we can avoid repeating them. If you haven't, we recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following these specific steps to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Also, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device would come in handy.
