Issue with Song Loading and Album Navigation

Hello Spotify Support Team,

I am facing some issues while using Spotify. Sometimes, even with a stable internet connection, songs do not load properly. Additionally, when I try to listen to a single song or an album while scrolling, if I exit from that song or album, it disappears from the list. Later, I have to scroll up and down again among many albums to find it, which is very inconvenient and frustrating.

I kindly request you to look into this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
