My Question or Issue

Meu spotify nao está reproduzindo nada! Ontem deu um erro em que falava que estava offline (mesmo eu estando conectada a internet) e depois a barra de baixo é que nao aparecia e nao reproduzia nada, ai eu desinstalei e instalei novamente e resolveu. Hoje fui escutar musica e a musica abre, porém nao reproduz nada! Nao sei o que posso fazer para resolver, eu sou premium e nao estou conseguindo usar.

Sei que você já tentou apagar e reinstalar o app novamente e mesmo assim encontra problemas.
Você já tentou limpar o cache do app e forçar parada?

Também, você tentou entrar com outra conta nesse mesmo app para ver se acontece o mesmo ou se é algo relacionado a sua conta em específico?

Já tentei limpar o cache e forçar a parada e não funciona tbm 😓 agora sobre a conta, vou tentar entrar em outra p ver o q rola, depois volto p falar o q aconteceu! (Pq eu desinstalei mais um vez e instalei de novo e ele estava pegando).Obrigada!!

Olá! Estou passando por problema semelhante com a minha conta, desde ontem. Rodam no máximo umas 3 músicas e para! Não reproduz mais... Mostra na tela a música como se estivesse tocando, como se tivesse dado play, mas sem reproduzir som, sem dar continuidade no time da música... E não tem aviso de offline, todos os demais apps funcionando normalmente, MENOS O SPOTIFY! Estou bastante estressada com isso. Já desinstalei váaaarias vezes, e limpei cache, e fechei e abri novamente, reiniciei o celular... Que chato 😞 Me ajudeeeeeeeeeeeeeem!

Could you let us know if this is happening across devices or only on a specific one?

On another note, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if the same happens using a different internet connection?

Também estou com o mesmo problema e parece que é uma incompatibilidade com android 12.

Já fiz todos os procedimentos e não consegui resolver também, creio que vou parar de pagar, quando resolverem o problema volto de nosso pois vi que isso está rolando com muita gente e não tem uma solução para o problema.

Olá, tambem estou com o mesmo problema. Fiz todos os procedimentos e nada funcionou. Eu ganhei um vale presente e estou utilizando, acho uma sacanagem ser penalizada por conta de um erro do spotify.

Espero que consigam resolver logo.

Thank you for your replies. We're sorry to see that you're having this issue. Let's continue to investigate this together. We hope that you don't mind us replying in English. You've done a great job with the troubleshooting so far!

If you haven't, we suggest that you make sure there's no old cache files causing this by following the steps that was provided in @Eni answer above.

Can you also let us know if it makes any difference if you're using a different internet connection?

On another note, if you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.

If the issue persists, can you let us know if this occurs on one specific device or multiple devices?

Minhas músicas que estão na playlist não roda por completo, apenas o começo. Meu celular Motorola EDGE 20 PRO é o Android 12. Já desinstalei, limpei cachê e reiniciei nada ajudou, parece que o problema é com vcs.

Meu aplicativo também não está funcionando, já desinstalei, instalei, reiniciei o celular e etc…

aparece como se estivesse tocando, porém não sai áudio e não mostra a reprodução da música.

Estou usando um iPhone 13 e a minha versão do Spotify é a 8.8.96

Olá, estou com um problema similar, porém no meu caso apenas consigo reproduzir podcasts. Quando tento dar play em uma música a barra de reprodução some e a música não toca, porém na Home fica uma animação ao lado da playlist/album como se estivesse reproduzindo.

Meu celular é um Samsung S21 FE 5G e o sistema operacional Android 13.

Já tentei desinstalar e fazer o clean restart. Atualizei também o meu sistema operacional. Já limpei o cache e fiz a parada forçada. Tentei reproduzir com outras redes e tentei utilizar outro perfil. Nada surtiu efeito.

Na minha TV e no meu desktop a reprodução funciona normalmente.

@kaminskistarke, are you playing music from the phone speakers? Or are you using an external device? First, we'd recommend making sure the right device is selected from the devices available in your app. You can check how to do that with this info. Additionally, try to 'Sign out everywhere' from this link, and check if that helps. Finally, try connecting to a different internet network and let us know if the behavior persists.

@Bcredidio, does this happen on any other device or just on your Samsung phone? If it only happens there, go to the device's Settings and make sure 'Battery Optimization' is turned off. And if you have an SD card, try removing it and leaving it out. Then log back into Spotify and let us know if that makes a difference.

Meu app Spotify não toca!

Ele funciona normalmente no computador ou na tv, e até mesmo o Spotify Lite (no smartphone) mas o app não toca nada! Já fiz todos os procedimentos listados acima nas outras respostas, mas nenhum funcionou pra mim, inclusive procurei ficar atento à conexão pra ver se ele está a tocando em outro dispositivo, mas nada funciona.

Could you let us know what happens when you attempt starting the playback and if the issue affects all songs and podcasts?
The more details we have, the better we'll be able to deal with this and find what's causing he issue 🙂

What I'm also wondering is if your account would work properly on a different mobile device.
Alternatively, you can also check if using a different account on your own Spotify app on mobile would yield the same results.
