What has happened to the Android app lately it use to run perfectly until a couple of months ago now it constantly crashes slows down my phone and freezes my entire system tried uninstalling deleting leftover files and even reseting my phone but nothing seems to work i really don't know what to do anymore and if by chance i'm getting it to work the songs are lagging and stuttering and just crash after a couple of minutes and the sound is also terrible at maximum volume you can't hardly hear the music my phone is a Samsung Galaxy SIII so it's pretty much a high end phone could you please help resolve this problem i am getting desperate ????

Would you be able to try all of the troubleshooting steps and fill in the support template if still having issues in this post?

Hi. Do you have the Collection feature? Could you try deleting the cache from spotify options and restart your phone. Does it work any better?

I can't seem to find the Collection feature anywhere but i uninstalled it and deleted the leftover files now i think it works a little better than before although the playlists takes forever to load !!
