Liked songs not showing when offline

I paid for premium and downloaded my liked songs, the issue is that as long as I am offline I can't go beyond songs that begin with the letter "b", as a result I have about 860 songs in my playlist but can only access about 100 when offline even though I have all 860 downloaded. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing similar issues

That is strange. Does this happen only with the liked songs or with other playlists as well?
