Option to sync playlists via USB for Android?!

This would be greatly appreciated. Why can only Apple users do this? It seems much easier, in my opinion. Sometimes my phone won't show up under Devices even if I've got the app open and my PC and phone both connected to the same network. So, I'd love to get the option to sync playlists with a USB cable instead. Just an idea.

Apple Users can't do USB synching either. The iPod USB sync is only for non-smart iPods like nanos, shuffles and classics and can only be used to sync local files (not anything from Spotify). iPod Touch and iPhone users also have to sync via WiFi.
