    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I have some updates on the case. Both apps were up to date, but after resetting both the watch and the phone, I realized it was apparently a sync issue between them. That was preventing the watch app from recognizing the Spotify playback on my phone; I wasn't even getting any notifications. But now it's working perfectly as expected! That said, I appreciate the time you took to help with this!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I start playing music on my phone or the web player, the Spotify icon doesn't appear at the bottom of the watch face anymore to show it's syncing. On top of that, when it actually does detect playback, waking the screen automatically opens the full app, which didn't happen before. If I decide to manually open the app, it takes nearly 30 seconds just to load the song currently playing on other devices, which makes the experience really frustrating. Is anyone else having this problem? Any fixes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I tried to reproduce this, but my Galaxy Watch 7 works fine with Spotify and the reaction time is fast when manually open the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let´s try some troubleshooting:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Restart the Spotify app, your watch, and the device playing music (phone, client app and web player).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ensure your Spotify app is up-to-date and also make sure all devices software is up-to-date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just to be sure, try also this connect the devices to the same WiFi network(if you already haven´t). You can also try restarting your WiFi or connecting to a different network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
