Tab switching resets view state instead of preserving scroll/navigation position

My Question or Issue

When switching between tabs, the app doesn't preserve the state of the previous tab. If I'm deep in a playlist on my library tab, switch to search tab and return to my library tab to continue browsing the playlist, it takes me out of the playlist and to the top of the library tab. I've tried this on two different phones, S25U and Pixel 10 pro XL and both have the same issue. Is this a bug? On iOS, when switching between tabs the app remembers where you were in the previous tab.
