Excessive data usage

After updating to the newest version of Spotify it now uses excessive amount of data.

The image show the data usage of the last 30 days and the hourly usage of today since this issue has been happening. I have installed the update since yesterday evening March 30.

I do listen to music on the highest quality. I haven't changed any settings in Spotify.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delayed response.

Keep in mind that the Aurora Store is not an officially supported distribution channel for the Spotify app, so unexpected behavior may occur. We'd suggest changing the streaming quality in the app, or downloading playlists/albums for offline listening to minimize data usage.

Clearing the cache of Spotify fixed the excessive data usage
