To a uns 3 dias sem conseguir ouvir nada das minhas músicas baixadas, só consigo ouvir se estiver conectado a internet…… já fiz de tudo e nada resolve, to pagando pra ficar sem música basicamente…..

Eu tb estou com o mesmo problema. E em contato com o suporte até agora nao resolveu. Inclusive o sugerido por eles é o q ja fiz em janeiro. Na epoca resolveu, mas agora o problema volta a acontecer
