Spotify notifications no longer show text previews

Hello, since the latest update, Spotify notifications no longer show previews for incoming messages. Instead of the message content, I only see a generic 'You have received a message' alert. I have already tried reinstalling the app and adjusting the notification settings on both the device and within the app, but the issue persists. I am using a Galaxy S24 Ultra (Android 16).

Hello, thank you for your response. I have tried that too but it's still the same thing.. I've only had this issue since the latest update of the app..

Thanks for the reply @demi5684. In that case, try a clean-install of the app using this link and see if that helps.

Also, check if there is any pending software update on your phone and if this is happening only with the Spotify app.

I have tried that too, and I've noticed the issue occurring on my S22 Ultra too, as well as A03s.. so i think there should be a new update from the app to solve it..

Thanks for the feedback @demi5684. In this case I'd suggest keeping an eye out for any app updates. Make sure your Spotify app is always on the latest version to make sure you have the new changes and bug fixes.
