Free app not working

Hello guys,

So I got an e-mail saying that free users can listen in shuffle mode on their mobile devices for free now.
I downloaded the app again, logged in and went to a playlist.
However, the button only says 'Download' and not 'Shuffle play' like it did in the commercials/videos.

When tapped it says I'd need premium to listen offline.
What can I do to get the shuffle play button or is it just a glitch ?

What version of Spotify and android are you using?

I am using Android 2.2.2 and the latest of Spotify, I downloaded it yesterday after all...

(Spotify worked fine when I had premium)
