I used the same headphones as before and discovered there was a slight incompatibility issue with them, so I purchased a pair of Motorola earbuds. This should've solved the issue, however Spotify keeps prompting me for permission to play/run in the background, a setting which is enabled in settings. With this&amp;nbsp; the music wont play longer than 5 minutes, but usually far less —sometimes cutting out within 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This does not happen on my old phone, moto g32. Proving that before it was solely an incompatibility issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/25788142"&gt;@kirap662&lt;/a&gt;, thanks for reaching out to the Community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt;? It's more thorough than a simple reinstall. Also, can you let me know if this happens with other audio apps, or just Spotify. It may also be best that after reinstalling, you do a force restart of your phone to see if that makes a difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello, Yes this has fixed the issue!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I wanted to test it a few times before I got back to you, as in the past&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried things and it's only worked for a few hours before the issue&lt;BR /&gt;resurfaces. After having been able to play music for 1-2 hours on four&lt;BR /&gt;separate occasions since the clean reinstall I think it's safe to say it's&lt;BR /&gt;fixed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been having issue with Apple Music as well, and have contacted their&lt;BR /&gt;support/customer service teams accordingly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you so much.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
