My Question or Issue

Since updating spotify earlier today it refuses to open properly. My phone is old as sin, so that could be a part of the issue, but it's not having problems with any other apps. When I open spotify, I'm greeted by a dark gray screen, my home page flashes on for 2-5 seconds, and then the app closes and I receive a "this app has a bug" error message.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

We're happy to hear things are back on track again 🙂 Should this behavior resurface, it might be worth trying a clean reinstall. This will clear any stored cache from old app versions, as well as ensure that you're running the latest one. Heads-up: this will remove any content you have available for offline listening, but you can redownload it again after completing the reinstall.
