My Question or Issue

Spotify not playing. Like the problem last month. Tried rebooting, logging out and reinstalled. Doest work with buds or with phone speakers. The symbols look like it is playing

To start investigating this issue, could you confirm if using a different Wi-Fi network makes any difference? You can use your mobile data or a hotspot to test it.

It would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device, such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.

Lastly, would you mind confirming if this happens on a different mobile device? You can borrow one from the same friend or relative if you don't have another one.

We'll be on the lookout.
