DJ Tap Functionality

My Question or Issue

The tap functionality of the dj button no longer works. Whether I tap or hold down the button it pulls up the dj Ai chat instead of switching up the music. Clearing cache double logging out reinstalling app have all failed so far. Does anyone have a fix so that I can tap that button to switch it up like normal again?

Hey @Psusennes,

Thanks for reaching out and for reporting this.

As this issue seems to only be affecting you for the time being and you've already covered basic troubleshooting, I'd like us to try and fully remove all app files via the steps for a complete clean reinstall and to then install the app anew. This will fully rule out any corrupted data files that might be causing this.

In case the issue remains, we'd like to know when it is you've first noticed this behaviour, as well as if it's been after a specific event like an app or OS update.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
