Galaxy S3 wont stop vibrating. Auto-haptic is off.

I have the S3 on Verizon. I just got the 4.3 update and now the phone wont stop vibrating to the beat of the music. I have gone into the settings and turned off auto-haptic and it still vibrates. On the update you can no longer press the word and pull up the menu that can select certain apps. I have also tried the widget and it does help either. I have un-installed the app and re-installed it. I have also tried restarting the phone to no avail.

Does this happen when you play music with the stock music player?

Nope, only when using spotify.

That's really weird. I know that turning haptic off just for the spotify app didn't work but turning haptic off completely should. All I can think of is trying a factory reset of the phone and starting over.
