Hi,

My S4 has just updated to the latest version and now the data wont sync to the SD card. I can't even move the app to the SD card via the Application Manager.

This is a fresh install of spotify.

The SD card works fine.

I have tried a factory reset of my phone.

I have tried deleting the cache and trying again.

Anything else i can try?

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S4

Android: 4.3

Phone Storage Available: 7.75GB / 9.27GB

SD Card Available: 27.18GB / 59.01GB

Why can't Spotify leave us in control?

Format the SD card with your phone and see if it works afterwards.

Thought that one may be coming. Was trying to stay away from that, but I'll have to give it a try I guess.
