    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have another tablet sony xperia Z with spotify premium&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The tablet Arnova 7 G3 (with spotify free and android 4.0.3) have same spotify version that my sony: 0.7.4.610...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don´t understand why behaves as a smartphone.... &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect that's down to the android version. Older android versions (2.2.) can't run the most recent spotify which is needed for spotify free. I believe your Arnova is running android 2.2 so the most recent version of spotify which would be downloaded from Play would be 0.6.5. This is mmentioned in &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/uk/learn-more/faq/#!/article/What-devices-does-Spotify-support" target="_self"&gt;this FAQ&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would suggest opening a dialogue with Spotify support using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; too, I have a feeling this might be down to how the app detects if you are on a tablet or a phone but I'm not sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
