What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

(We need to know what you are doing so we can do the exact same to try and get the same error)

1. install spotify

2. login with username

3. below settings -> take premium

4. click on take premium -> product in your region not available

After Login, only shuffle is available

Yes. Premium is active for a few months.

Hmmm.. so you only see the shuffle mode option? Not the premium features? Did you try a clean install?

Hmmm.. thats weird. You might want to try and get in contact with Spotify directly on this, they should be able to figure out what is going on and get things fixed for you!

Unfortunately, if it is a disabled account support need to deal with it. When did you get in touch?
