No internet connection available (Chile)

Hi guys,

I have issues trying to connect via wifi (no internet connection message)...It seems the problem is when I'm using my wifi router. Tp-link wr740n.

Once i connect to 3g network or another wifi connection (another router) there's no problem.

Do you have any information about this problem?

Hi. A few things for you to check.

Do other android apps such as the browser work over wifi?
Check that offline mode is off in spotify settings
Disable the router firewall (SPI) and any other router security (you can re-enable them and set exceptions later)

Yes, all other apps work properly.

SPI firewall is disable. But spotify does not work.

Thanks but it didn't work.

The problem I'm sure is at the router settings.

I'll keep looking for the solution.
