Spotify playlist desyncin'

I use spotify because my mobile flat is very slow and I dont want to load the Songs on YouTube because this takes hours and hours. I always downloaded my playlists at home and went out and listened to the music, but since 4 days I got a Android phone , I always sinc the playlists,when it finished i close the app.When I start it again all my playlists are gone and the phone is downloading them again.

I have a huawei ascend p6

Sorry for my Bad english but I'm 13 years old and from germany, I hope you understand my Problem.

Hi. Are you giving the synch enough time to complete? Once a playlist has finished synching, you should see the green arrow as shown in the FAQ.

Yes I do and when I restart spotify the first thing that pops up is the login screen and then the playlists opem 😞

Do you have any cache cleaning applications running? Or a cheap SD card?

I have a sandisk 32gb card but its out of a faked beats box out of Korea..
