I can't choose songs on third multiple device. I can only shuffle and not choose what song I want. Really annoying. Please fix.

Not sure where to start with the absence of information so I'll go for this. On Spotify Free you can only shuffle play. You need Premium to be able to play specific tracks.

Are you sure this is correct?

I am using Spotify free and am hesitating to pay because of this issue. Works fine on my PC and on Samsung 10.1 tablet but wont work properly on Samsung Galaxy S3 phone running Android 4.3.

On the phone I can only play songs using Shuffle Play, cannot select individual tracks at all, works fine on tablet.

This only seems to have started recently

Spotify Free on mobile devices can only playback in Shuffle mode. Check out the table below for the differences between free and Premium:
