When I open Spotify and click on radio, it says "Radio is only available for Premium users in your region." Why? Isn't this supposed to be free now?

@darrenescott-gb - Are you using a device which has android 2.3 or above (required for current Spotify versions) and the Spotify app up to date in Google Play?
