I've had my Nexus 5 for a couple of months now and 2 days ago my phone started to reduce the sound level while listening to music with Spotify. The sound level goes to 0 and I can't increase it again unless I press the sound adjustment buttons on the side of the phone. Any ideas what the problem might be? The sound problem usually appears after 2-3 songs but I've listened to 5 songs now and no problems yet!
