Just a heads up. If you haven't already got it an update has been pushed to the Play Store which is said to fix the issue people have been having using an SD card on kit kat devices

I just downloaded it and NO ISSUE IS STILL THERE

I am using HTC one which does not have SD CARD slot ... ant still on the open i get

NO SD CARD FOUND we cannot save our data

Are you running android 4.4? Did Spotify work before the update?

yes kitkat 4.4.2; spotify worked swimingly before

Please let this issue be solved. I read that Google Music now does have this functionality.

Since I specifically need offline functionality and would like reasonable quality I will just move to Google Music if a solution isn't provided.

Kitkat is the worst (android) thing happening in a long time. I'm really blown away why they would ever do such a thing.

(other than promoting cloud usage)
