All my Playlists are gone!

Dear Spotify team,

I checked several threads in the community and could not find any specific help.

I have the following Hardware/Software:

Samsung Galaxy S3

Android Verison 4.3

Current Spotify Version (re-installed today)

SD-Card 32 Gb

I have the following Problem:

I downloaded all my playlists to my phone and made them offline available.

In the past days I received several times the message:

"There is no Space to save your music...blablabla!"

Now I realized, that all my downloaded offline playlists are not longer stored on my mobile.

I see all playlist in my account, but I have to download them again.

What is the problem?

This very annoying, because that is the reason why I am paying 10,-€ each month to have them offline on my phone.

For a workable solution I would be very grateful.

It could be an issue with your external SD card. How much free space does the phone show under internal/external storage? Try reformatting the SD card in the phone and see if that helps.
