I was under the impression that on an Android phone with a free account, I could download the Starred playlist for Offline listening, ableit in Shuffle mode. &nbsp; When I first installed the app, music appeared to be downloading to my SD card but now it just says "Waiting to Download" when I'm on the Starred playlist screen. &nbsp;If I disable 4g, the tracks won't play and it says "No Internet connection." This tells me that none of the tracks are downloaded to my SD card.</P> <P>Also, in the desktop app, under my Device menu, Starred playlist says "Local files only."</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>There is 20gb available on SD card.
