&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fact that your mobile doesn't show under devices prevents any files synching so we need to fix that. Could you pllease try the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Check that your username shown in the top right of your desktop client is the same as appears in the mobile spotify settings screen (at the bottom)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Make sure that your PC is connected to your wireless router and not the modem, if they are separate&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Check that UPnP is enabled in the router settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Temporarily disable all firewalls, antivirus and other security software&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Reboot your router then your PC and finally your mobile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Start spotify on your PC and wait until it finishes loading&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Make sure your mobile is connected to your router&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;Start spotify on your mobile - check that it is not in offline mode&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px;"&gt;It should now appear under "devices" in the desktop client and you should be good to go&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
