    <description>Got a new phone yesterday and i went to download my playlists on my device. Turned on my tablet to find everything had been undownloaded as i had more than 3 devices. Reset my devices as suggested and downloaded again on 3 devices only. Went to turn on spotify this morning on a long bus journey to find theyre all gone again? Im paying money for this service. I expect it to do its job. Anyone know what i can do next?</description>
