I need help.
I am using Spotify Premium.

I downloaded the latest Version of Spotify from the Market. Everything works fine, but when I look through some new music or click a song from my offline Playlist and skip to the middle of the songs the music stops most of the time and I can't hear other songs. Even when I want to play music from my other lists the title just doesn't change. Also I can't search for something else or go into the settings anymore, the screen just stays white.

I tried to delete the cache and I reinstalled the app. The only thing that works is when I take out the battery and put it back to restart my device (otherwise the system completely crashes)

I am using a Galaxy Note 3 with KitKat 4.4.2

If you have an external SD card, could you try removing it and then reinstalling spotify.

I had something like that before here is what I did to solve the issue

1. Delete app
2. Power off the device and turn it back on
3. Go to the app store search for Spotify install the app
4. Log in using you're credentials.

everything should work now

Hope it works for you

I contacted the Spotify support and after giving them some information they gave me the tip to unchecked the gapless option and to set the crossfade the 0/turn it off.
After doing both the application works fine and also stable.
I hope this can be useful for someone else using a Galaxy Note 3 or a different device from Samsung.
