How do I get the spotify app on my phone? This should be easier than what it's doing.

HI there. Welcome to the community! This shoudl be as simple as going to the Play Store and searching for Spotify.

Have you tried that yet?

I used the browser and it said, your app will be downloaded soon.

It should come pre-loaded on your Samsung G5. Try this - click on the emblem that has six dots and says "apps." (You may have to scroll to find it). That shoudl take you to the play store, it's in alphabetical order. Once you find it, click the magnifying glass in the top right corner, then smply type in "Spotify."

Ok good! Once it downloads, you should see Spotify on one of your screens. Simply log in and you're good to go 🙂 I also posted below this in case you wanted to check it out through the Play Store as well.

I see no icon in my apps (with the dots) that says Play or Spotify. The browser google play just says that it's installed, but when I search my phone for the app, it's not there.

Ok so I somehow I turned it off. 😞
