    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue for me. SGS4 4.4.2. Have tried offline mode, airplane mode, formatted sd-card, uninstalled app, factory reset of phone. Only thing that works is to restart the phone. Everytime I like to use spotify. Am premium user.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Opening spotify from device, error message displays as per image. Selecting okay leave a spotify fromt page, but nothing else. The error mesage can be cancelled by presing okay twice, but the application remains unusable.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did as advised and i can now open spotify. Not used it in anger as yet, but will do so this evening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
