Spotify Connect is not finding denon device

Dear community, I am using Spotify on my Android tablet and I have got a denon sound system. Both are registered in my home wifi but Spotify Connect doesn't find it. I would very much appreciate any kind of help from you. Thanks in advance and nice weekend , Peter

Is your Denon system Spotify Connect enabled? There is a difference between Spotify integration (which is via an app on the system) and Spotify Connect.

Hello Peter, unfortunately you are right. The reason is that my denon device supports Spotify but not the connect functionality which is a shame. That leads me to another question: do you know compatible devices which look similar to my denon piccolo which I really like but support the connect functionality? Thanks, peter

Personally I have a Pioneer XW-SMA1-K which is great!
