Samsung Galaxy s5 Spotify resets every 10 seconds

Got a new phone - Samsung Galaxy s5/ DOwnload spotify and upon logging in it resets every ten seconds, states its offline and does this over and over every ten seconds. I have tried undownloading the app, powering off the phone and redownloading the app and get the same problem.

Does your device have an SD card in it? If so, can you try removing it then reinstalling Spotify - does that make any difference?

No difference. If I have it in and or out it still keeps resetting.

Same problem here. It was working really great before then i got the latest update from samsung, installed the update. Now i have the same problem. Have no sd card and also did what daniel has done restart phone etc. Help i love this app.

I can log in but when i play a song it plays for about 20 secs then it stops after a while it says its disconnected no internet but im connected. Then reconnects and repeats. Its not my connection since it works fine on my crappy phone just problems with the s5

Nope that did not work. Same as usual as soon as I completed everything in the steps it tells me "log in failed" then logs in and then continues to reset every ten seconds. Going on week 4 now and still not resolved.....

Gets a 'Spotify has stopped' every 10 sec with my new S5. This sucks
