Gift Card Issues

Hi Guys 
I recently purchased a 3 month gift card on the 20/05/14 for my girlfriend who lives in Spain. She's having trouble redeeming the code as I purchased the gift card online in the Uk. What do i need to do? Should I cancel the card? Its a birthday present so would appreciate if we could get this sorted soon.

Hi, The card is only valid for the country of purchase. I suggest you contact support who should be able to offer some help getting it transferred to work in Spain.
