If you're using the sync between your desktop and your device, try to make your wifi network the less charged possible. It would be useful to know which device you have, the speed of your sd card (there are microsd cards which only give 0.45 mb/s transfer rate) and what type of sync you use.

Also try to disconnect all the other devices on your wifi network when syncing to keep the maximum data going to your device.

But when i download a image, video or app to my phone im dont have any problem, its very fast! Only when I want to sync spotify the problem hapens. Im using Nexus 4 from Lg.

My cellphone is the only one who is connected to WiFi.

Please, help me

I would like to know how long does it take to download the MUSE album "Absolution" over WiFi, please check that and tell me. I'll download the asme album and check how long it takes. By the way I would like to know how much mbps is your internet speed.
