The new version is released and i have not disk space for my playlists.

who i can save the playlist on a sd card?
The old version can do it.

It should work in the same way as the old app. Try the steps here:

I'm also running brand new Spotify version on a new Samsung Galaxy S3. Same issue. Despite having a 32gb SD card installed, Spotify insists on downloading playlists to the internal memory which only has 8gb free. My 32gb card has 26gb free.

I'll be cancelling my Spotify premium if this issue doesn't get resolved soon. Saving to the SD card was the only way I could get through longer runs and trips. I don't have space internally for Spotify to decide to just throw all my albums on the internal when I have a perfectly good external SD available with 26+gb free.
