Guten Tag liebe Spotiy Freunde.

Ich habe ein Problem welches micht leicht nervt.

Mit der neuesten Version von Spotify sollte man ja vermeintlich

Offline Playlists auf der externen SD-Karte speichern können.

Habe hier auf schon im Hilfe Forum (Ist ja wunderbar beschrieben wie das geht)

den Hilfethread ausprobiert.

Allerdings kann ich den Cache und so oft löschen wie ich will, Spotify

will partout meine Musik nicht auf meiner SD-Karte speichern.

Habe ein Galaxy S4 falls jemand das gleiche Problem hätte.

Wäre wirklich super wenn Ihr mir weiterhelfen könntet.

What version of android are you using and how much free space is available on your internal and external storage?

Android 4.4.2
Free space on device: 2.55Gb
Free space on sd: 24.69Gb

This article explains about the restrictions imposed on external SD card access introduced in android 4.4.2. I'm not sure if there's anything that Spotify can do about this so you'll just have to stick to internal storage for now unless you want to root your phone. It's worth checking that your S4 firmware is up to date as I read somewhere that Samsung released a small update to make SD storage possible again.
