Can't use downloaded music without internet connection.

Hi, I'm a premium user for three years and am unable to access any music I have downloaded when I'm offline.

I have unisntalled/reinstalled the app, removed all offline devices, done absolutely everything recommeneded in the forums over the last two days.

I won't have an internet connection where I will be over the next few weeks and would expect to be able to listen to the music I pay £9.99 a month for.

I would appreciate any help immediately please
