I have recently purchased premium and have all features except ad free listening does anyone know how to get rid of them as its the main reason I upgraded

If you can listen offline and play music unshuffled then something is very wrong. Are you getting audio ads when playing music?

What does it say under subscription status here?

Hello!

This sounds very, very strange. As soon as you change from being a free user to premium then you should have the benefits. However, have you logged yourself out of the Spotify on your computer, tablet or/and phone and logged back in? It should automatically change your status without you needing to log out, but sometimes you need to manually do it yourself. I suggest that you log out of the devices which you use and log back in. Hopefully it is a just a small glitch in the system which should correct itself.
