Extreme Quality free for everyone?

I'm using kindle fire hdx

downloaded from the amazon appstore

i found out I'm not the paid member but I can click the extreme quality button.

is it really providing extreme quality when i clicked? because it seems nothing different.. and nothing pop-up message say "saved" the setting, it should add it.

You shouldn't be entilted to this feature when your just a free user (i think). It's probaby just a glitch

Other devices get a free 7 day premium trial on first registration so that may apply to the appstore too. Can you play without shuffle too, by touching a track? If so, that's probably it.

Sounds like a bargain! Do you at least get annoying ads? Can you make a song available offline?

If you could just paste what it shows here, under subscription status, I'll escalate to the spotify staff 🙂

I think they should have a bugfinder reward scheme too. In fact I think that's such a good idea that I urge you to think about how you'd like to see it work then post a new idea over in the ideas section.

I'm guessing you used the contact form? Watch out for the autoresponse they tend to send out and reply to it if you get one and you should hear back shortly.
