Spotify connect not working (Andoid-Android and Android-Yamaha Av-Reciever)

Hi Everyone,

Since the Update to 1.1.2 spotify connect is not working anymore.

I cannot control my phone from my tablet and vice versa.

I'm getting an error message in spotify itself.

Also I cannot use spotifý connect on my Yamaha RX-V475 from any of the android devices.

Since the internet connection on all 3 devices is working fine, and a reboot of the router and the devices did not help, I guess this is a spotify issue.

Are there any suggestions how to adress this?

I originally thought this problem was only affecting my reciever, therefore the crosspost here:

What does the error message say exactly?

Unfortunately I can only give the error message i got from the reciever it said "access error".

I am using the gferman version, for the other device it said "no playback possible".

Unfortunately I cannot look this up anymore:

When I got home today after work, everythoing was working again, as if nothing happened.

If any spotify official is reading this: Was this a problem on your side, or should i get in contact with my isp, in case something like this happens again?

If there was some server error: Why is there no corresponding message in the app?

It's quite frustratring to spend 4 days without music, trying to figure out, what went wrong.

It's most likely to be a Yamaha issue from experience, especially if it comes and goes.
