They can be reached through their Twitter Page &lt;A href="https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares" target="_blank"&gt;@SpotifyCares&lt;/A&gt; or through the online &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support" target="_blank"&gt;contact form&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having an issue with spotify on all my android devices, Samsung s5, s4, tabpro 8.4 and nexus 7 gen 2&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The output volume via any output is a lot lower than other applications, is there anyway to change this ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had a similar issue on the PC and I was able to disable the "set same volume" which fixed it on the PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any help would be most appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
