Local files and the 3,333 offline sync limit

Could someone please clarify for me the handling of local files towards the limit of 3,333 offline tracks.

It looks as if a local track is available in the Spotify catalog, it will be counted in the quota. See attachment - the first entry links to a spotify track (http://open.spotify.com/track/5N5sD5xQd8gDj2bDNFVgM1) even though it is available locally on my computer. The second and third tracks are partially greyed out and link to copies of the work located on my hard drive.

I do not mind at al Spotify to count plays of tracks they have licensed. I wish, however, to be able to take full advantage of the 3,333 offline files limit, in addition to the tracks I already have.

Any workaround?
