spotify switched to htc music app :/

hi all,

assume this happened when spotify got to the end of the playlist .... phone just started playing some random music, and when i checked it i could see that music control had switched to the htc player 😕 odd

shouldnt it have stayed with spotify?

Premium or free? If using free on shuffle mode you may get random 'related' tracks played as well as the tracks on the playlist

thanks for reply - im premium - and the playlist was downloaded and running in offline mode

That is odd. Working fine on my M8.

Can you try a clean install?
