spotify thinks my tablet is a phone therefore I have to shuffle instead of playing what song I want! Is there anyway to fix this?

my problem is the same. I have an android tablet pc with 9". No matter what I try it won´t work!

What model is it? Some of the last known tablets aren't supported as they haven't been tested.

It is a model from Gufan, not from Samsung...

16 GB DUAL CORE 9" Zoll Tablet PC 2x Kamera Android 4,2 Touchscreen EPAD WIFI 3G ... It would be a pitty if Spotify dosen´t work on it =(

OK. that's definately not going to be on the 'list' of approved devices which is why you're not getting the tablet version of free. I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
