Spotify is a black screen

I use samsung galaxy note 3. When I turn Spotify on, the screen turn black with just one button (hamburger in top left corner). Clicking doesn't change anything. After a few minutes "spotify" writing appears next to the button, but it doesn't really change anything. I tried to uninstall and install the app again this saturday and it worked. I could have listen to music. But today it's not working again.

Can you try a clean install again using the guide in my signature and see if after uninstall the app the folders mentioned remain on your card?

Sometimes these aren't removed by a straight uninstall so need to be removed manually.

Thanks for the tip - it worked, but...

Yesterday I had to do it again. I hope it'll get fixed, because it's really annoying.
